Limited Warranty Coverage

1. Warranty Period: AY Tech Solutions warrants our products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of one year from the date of purchase.

2. Coverage: This limited warranty covers all AY Tech Solutions networking and CCTV products. If a defect arises during the warranty period, we will, at our sole discretion, repair or replace the product at no charge.

3. Exclusions: This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper installation.
• Any unauthorized modifications or repairs to the product.
• Damage caused by environmental factors, such as lightning, power surges, or natural disasters.
• Consumable components, such as batteries, unless specifically stated otherwise.

Making a Warranty Claim

If you believe your AY Tech Solutions product is defective and covered by this warranty, please follow these steps:

1. Contact Customer Support:

2. Provide Proof of Purchase: 

To initiate a warranty claim, you will need to provide a copy of your original proof of purchase, which should include the date of purchase and the retailer’s information.

3. Return Authorization: 

If our customer support team determines that your product is eligible for warranty service, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the product.

4. Product Return: 

Carefully package the product, including all accessories, in its original packaging (if available) and send it to the address provided with the RA number. Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs.

Resolution of Warranty Claims

Upon receiving the returned product, AY Tech Solutions will evaluate it to determine if it qualifies for warranty service. If the product is found to be defective and covered by this warranty, we will either repair or replace the product, at our discretion.

Limitation of Liability

AY Tech Solutions liability under this limited warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product. In no event shall AY Tech Solutions be liable for any consequential, incidental, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our products.

Disclaimer of Other Warranties

This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty offered by AY Tech Solutions and replaces all other warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
